PuYi is an immersive AI face reading experience built on Mian Xiang (面相) — the classical Chinese art of reading a face. Instead of an instant algorithm dump, you enter a ritual: light the incense, calm your mind, offer a photo — and watch the Twelve Palaces of your face light up one by one, each with a reading of what it traditionally governs.

How it works

1. Offer a photo. A clear, front-facing portrait. It is analyzed and permanently deleted immediately afterwards — never stored, never uploaded to any cloud album.
2. The AI reader observes. Facial landmark detection measures your Three Courts (the three horizontal bands of the face), the Five Eyes proportion, and the Twelve Palaces — the same map classical face readers have used for centuries.
3. Receive your scroll. A scroll-style report unfolds: overall reading, then career, wealth, love, health and fortune guidance — with the gentle, non-doomsaying voice PuYi is known for.

Is it accurate?

Honestly: physiognomy is a traditional cultural practice, not a science. What PuYi can promise is a faithful, well-sourced interpretation of the classical system — measured objectively by AI, written without fear-mongering, and framed as a mirror for self-reflection rather than a verdict. All readings are for entertainment purposes only.

Privacy: the burn mechanism

Your face is sensitive biometric data, so PuYi treats your photo like paper in a fire: it exists only for the duration of the analysis, is physically deleted the moment the reading is done, and you receive a burn certificate with an audit ID.
